Network Spinal Analysis and Yoga
When we awaken into our greatest selves, something happens in our bodies, energies begin to raise along the spine and the energies encounter a places of resistance. We hold isolated parts of ourself, protected and blocked from the rest of us. These parts are holding the hurt and pain (mental or emotional) along the spine and in the body. They are not available for accessing the information about you and your life. These areas becomes blocked from the energy flow and the body heats up with resistance when it moves through them, not allowing the energy conductivity and body breaks up in heat and/or other sensations ( via electrical Ohm law)
When we accept the lesser parts of us to be and to be seen then they join the inner family and heal.
Our posture is compromised with neck leaning forward, rounded shoulders, decreased lumbar curve, and closed heart because we live our lives looking at the computers and Phones and.
Network Spinal Analysis allows the body to decrease spinal tension and release stress, relaxing muscles, fascia and bringing more breath to the surface to create more ease peace and relaxation. Yoga opens channels along the spine, stretches the muscles that have been overused and strengthens others that are weak. When body is relaxed and opened we can move into the postures with more grace and flow, feeling more of the subtle energies that govern our physical nature including organs, systems and cells.
When experiencing Network SpinalAnalysis treatment called entrainment, the breath becomes deeper, what we call respiratory wave moves up or down the spine, transforming tension (bound energy) to become a free energy available for body’s physiology to be used for healing and living. Therefore feeling more energetic and calm at the same time.
With more breath, yoga postures are more easeful and stillness in the mind develops. Yoga becomes more of the internal experience, witnessing the doer and watching the watcher. The internal environment, with the calmness of the mind, changes to more alkaline, allowing life force currents that feed and support the body to become stronger and more abundant.
Often after Network Spinal Analysis session our body naturally moves into yoga postures or kriyas. With a calm mind, the brain sends signals to the body to relax parts that have been constricted sometimes for a very long time which signals the parts that need to “defrost”, melt into the puddle of goo, softening, opening and relaxing. The surface tension of cell as well as DNA unwinds kinks in the amino acid chain for the better expression of genes allowing for far more efficient protein production.
According to Yoga Sutras written by the great Patanjali, the practice of yoga begins now, now and now. By observing the fluctuation of the mind the seer abides in its own essence. When cleansing the body, soul, mind and heart, we have access to parts of us that have not been online. The inner child, the inner guru and inner spirit are back online. That is huge for the inner peace, intuition and listening to what is the most important. By doing this we place the soul in the driver seat. She whispers into our ears the universal truths, steers us to our purpose and the inner vision becomes outer manifestations.
The mind is bound to the breath. When mind goes in circles, going deep into rabbit holes, finding conclusions that are simply false, like a bird tied to the rock it eventually ends up sitting on the rock that is tied to. When breath moves through the body, the mind eventually stills, the mind anchors in the body, bringing awareness and presence.
We talk to our bodies and the body begins to talk to us back, giving immediate feedback on day to day basis. Our soul is expressed through the body. When something is not working in our life, the soul communicate through the body language to bring harmony to our being. If we are not listening, the message becomes tension, then pain, then dis-ease.
Both Network Spinal Analysis and Yoga anchor our being into the body, allowing the constituents to play together in a great symphony of life.
